She’s been open about juggling life as a mum to three autistic children.
And Christine McGuinness proved that she was every inch the multi-tasker on Saturday as she squeezed in a spin session whilst supervising her kids taking a bath.
The wife of presenter Paddy McGuinness, 31, displayed her eye-popping physique in skintight gym wear after taking to Instagram to share a video of her gruelling workout.

In her post, Christine explained that as a busy mum she struggled to juggle parenting duties with a gruelling exercise regime.
But in a stroke of genius, she opted to move her spin bike to the bathroom doorway, so she could exercise while supervising two of her children in the bath,
Along with sharing posts of her amazing abs, Christine also posted a video filmed by husband Paddy, who was stunned to find her exercising at the top of the stairs.

In the video, he can be heard saying: ‘Aren’t the kids supposed to be having a bath love?’ to which she explains that they are in the bath, but she moved her bike to keep an eye on them.
Clearly enjoying the view, Paddy jokingly says ‘unbelievable,’ after his wife insists it’s ‘safety first.’
The post was captioned: ‘Multitasking… kids are spotless and I just smashed a little solo spin, moved my bike to the bathroom!
‘And before the mum police start.. there was only a little bit of water in the bath, they don’t like too much. And I was about 3 foot away so chill out huns.’

Christine has been incredibly open about juggling life as a mum to her children Leo and Penelope, six, and Felicity, three, who have all been diagnosed with autism.
Earlier in the day the Real Housewives Of Cheshire star shared a snap of the measures she had taken to keep her children happy, with a snap of all their toys lined up in the living room.
She wrote: ‘Apparently, my house is now a garage! #HappyChildren #HappyHouse #TopGearatHome.’
Christine’s post came after she broke down in tears last week as she told fans on Instagram Stories that she’d had a difficult morning caring for her three children last week.
She told fans that she wanted to show it’s not always ‘fine and lovely’ looking after children with autism, and insisted they’re still doing ‘brilliant’ despite a rocky start to the day.
In the posts, Christine wiped a tear from her eyes as she told her fans: ‘Hello I don’t want to bring anyone’s mood down, but I just want to show the reality of being a mum of autistic children.’
Removing her sunglasses it was clear that the star had been through an emotional morning, as she continued: ‘Sometimes it’s not fun, today was just a really bad morning, I know it will be fine later but this is what you don’t see.
‘I am fine and I’m upset for my children, this was just a bad morning, and I’ll have a good day, it’s just sometimes it’s not always fun.’

Christine went onto clarify that her three children were all doing well, but it wasn’t always ‘fine and lovely,’ trying to care for them.
She added: ‘I don’t want to bring anyone down I just think it’s important to show it’s not always fine and lovely and they’re all doing great and they are, they’re all doing brilliant, but it’s hard, but it’s b****y hard.’
As she dried her eyes, Christine reassured fans that she would feel better in a few hours after a ‘cup of tea and a blowdry,’ in preparation for a night out with her female pals.
Laughing through her tears, the star said: ‘You won’t even recognise me! I’m gonna have a whole transformation. I’m gonna look fabulous later.’
