Brooke Shields is looking and feeling better than ever.
The 54-year-old Jane the Virgin actress was snapped exercising with a large ball in her native Hamptons in New York on Tuesday.
She donned an arctic blue tank top with black leggings and sneakers, showing off toned arms and shoulders as she fine tuned her flexibility.

The Blue Lagoon star last month took to the social media site with a weekend challenge for at home workouts, a two-minute clip of herself showing her agility and flexibility on the ball, getting a thorough stretch as she twisted her physique into a number of directions using the ball for support.
‘I like to do this exercise on the ball for a full body burn (and great for your obliques!),’ the Suddenly Susan actress captioned the post, stressing to her followers that they need to stay alert to how their body is responding during workouts and adjust on the fly if need be.
‘Listen to your body and make modifications if you need to, the important thing is that you get your body moving!’ said Shields, who is mom to daughters Rowan, 17, and Grier, 14, with her husband, screenwriter Chris Henchy, 56. ‘Activity is good for the body and mind.’
In a Q&A she did last month with InTouch, Shields said she began to explore meditation amid the beginning of the lockdown in March due to the spread of the coronavirus.

On the mend: Shields said she’s inspired and confident after bouncing back from ‘a partial knee replacement’ she underwent
‘I signed up for a live-streaming meditation led by Deepak Chopra on Facebook,’ she said. ‘My family made fun of me, saying, “Oh, Mom is going to get all Zen now.”‘
Shields said she had a fitness-related breakthrough with the newly-learned skills: ‘Before that, I’d never focused on the spiritual element of exercise or the idea of honoring your body and soul. Those were just words before; they didn’t feel realistic.’
She added that ‘working out has never been Zen for’ her, as ‘everything was a goal’ when it came to her motivation.
‘None of the exercising I’ve done in the past has stemmed from me loving it, or from it giving me any peace of mind,’ she said. ‘When I was younger, it was all ego-based: If you want to be in this campaign, you have to stay fit. If you want to be in this Broadway show, you have to be this fit; you have to dance this much every day.’

Shields said she’s inspired and confident after bouncing back from ‘a partial knee replacement’ she underwent: ‘By watching myself get through that and coming out so much stronger, I realized what I’m really capable of.’
She said that she feels ‘physically better than ever’ in her early 50s, and encourages her peers to focus on their fitness.
‘People my age can get crossed off at a certain point – like you’ve had a good run, you’ve had your kids, you’ve had your career, you’re done,’ she said. ‘We can really inspire each other right now to do something within our power to feel better.’
